Registration for the 50th birthday party following golf
    Only register here if you are not planning on golfing.
    Immediately following golf at Door Creek GC, Cottage Grove, the 50th celebration will begin.  Approx. start time - 4:00pm. (small or large donation to scholarship fund requested)  Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and cash bar.
